My entry for =Midnight53's contest: one with many faces
this is the antagonist for the my story in progress, Catalyst. If I ever write the story the explanation will make sense. Forsaken (the guy in the middle of the picture) is the leader of the Haunted. the haunted are catalysts who are controled by elemental spirits to give themselves greater power. Forsaken is the only haunted who uses multiple spirits' but he can only use one at a time. Each of his spirits is an element: Hawk (stock from ~Kyuuten) Air Lion ("" ~NefaroStock) Fire Snake (""~AJK-Original-Stock) Lightning Lizard (""~Kaydee-Stock) Life- his main spirit, life elementals have power over the mind Eel (""=Della-Stock) Water Bear (""~maerocks) Earth Wolf (""~MoonsongStock) Iron Forsaken was originally a light catalyst so he always has that power. each of his spirits has a different personality and changes his eye color to match the element. so they could all be considered a different face.  There are not enough chainsaws in this.
-- Batteries Not Included who needs chainsaws when you can make someone rip their own head off then become one of your undead minions. chainsaws are only good for the noise.
You haven't watched Evil Dead 2. Ash replaces his hand with a chainsaw. That is so Metal, that your puny "rip off heads and make them your sex slaves" is nothing but suckage compared to that.
Chainsaws are good for the manly chest hair you grow. -- Batteries Not Included meh, I still like quick and clean better than chainsaws.

The way you presented all the animals and their respective elements was perfect! You can pretty much tell what a lot of them are without having to look at the description. BTW, I can't wait to read that story. The only flaw I see is that you kinda just made Forsaken himself look like the red herring, rather than the leader of all those beastly creatures. A more epic look for him would just be the icing on the elemental cake of eternal awesomeness! Still, great presentation, and it definitely draws some attention! -- I am just a writer in way over his head. Am I good? Not really. Do I know what I am doing half the time? Nuh-uh. Am I noticed for my writing? I doubt it. Do I still write anyway? Hell yeah! Why? Because it is not what I do. It is who I am. yup!

if I learn to draw action pictures, he'll seem a lot more menacing. this was just the first draft. I always like the villains who seem insignificant but have a hidden strength. |
