Contest!

time for a contest!

Prizes:
-First place: 3 month subscription
-Second and third get features
-I'll get myself a subscription and use the poll system for voting.
-this isn't a popularity contest, so i'd rather you don't just make a journal and tell all your friends to vote for you.
-deadline is September 1

Subject: "Elements"
-Fire
-Metal
-Earth
-Life (plants/animals)
-Water
-Light
-Air
-Lightning
--I'd like to see original characters, but do whatever you want.

Rules:
1. submissions should be a short story or a Colored or B&W picture, no sketches. Photography is ok, but I will take time and effort into consideration.

2. must be submitted after this journal, send me a note with a link when you submit.

3. Please invite your friends to join!

4. have fun with it!

EDIT: only two submissions so far (thank you :iconmaurri: and :iconnightshades-water:) please join the contest! if you are using the argument that the subject is too common, I want to see the entry you used the last time you did it.
